I received my PhD from the Design and Computation program at the School of Architecture at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I also collaborated with the Computing Culture Group at the MIT Media Lab. My research interests are at the intersection of architecture, furniture, interaction design and pervasive computing, aiming to understand how social situations are restructured in presence of technologies. I hold Engineer-Architect (undergraduate) degree from the Faculty of Architecture at the Univerzitet Sveti Kiril i Metodij in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, and a MSc in Building Design from Arizona State University. I have work experience as an interaction designer at the Strategic Design Group at Philips Design in The Netherlands, user interface consultant at Philips Research Labs in Briarcliff NY and architect in the Studio Venci in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.
